They say you have two choices when it comes to biking :

“Andy Dufresne: [to Red] I guess it comes down to a simple choice: Get busy living, or get busy dying.”
Forget about yesterday – you cannot change it.
Don’t worry about tomorrow – it hasn’t happened yet.
